Poly Plast (Thailand) Co. Ltd. commenced with a modest start and has achievement of what’s today a
high performance and efficienct medium-size company. 

We are a dynamic company with vast experience expertise at good works performed by well-trained,
motivated staff operating in a modern, efficient factory.

Poly Plast has an integrated facility with a high level of automation and the capability to produce and pack a wide range of products. Poly Plast is approved for the extrusion and conversion of food contact and hygienic products. We produced such items separately in our purpose-built clean-room facility.

A commitment to quality and excellence

Quality assurance is built into every aspect of the production process. From raw materials to finished product, quality assurance plays a central role. We operate on a system of stringent quality procedures. Every production team member shares responsibility for consistent quality. At each stage of production sample materials are taken to be analyzed.

Standard mechanical test such as dart impact and tensile strength are measured at our well-equipped product testing laboratory, along with more functional tests for leak, puncture and tear resistance.

Research and know-how

A continuous search is carried out to find new approaches to meet the diverse and constantly changing demands in flexible packaging world.

Fully aware that research and development does not take place only in the laboratory, Poly Plast  constantly sounds out the opinions and experiences of raw material suppliers, manufacturers of converting and packaging equipment, logistic carriers, customers and consumers.

Coupled with continuous research by our specialist teams skilled in materials, manufacturing and packaging design, this leads to innovative ideas which are converted into product concepts.
